We (the Manufacturing sub-team) had our first final presentation yesterday; in a nutshell we gave our client on overview of highlevel steps that need to be looked into on the way from a family owned and run business to a big corporation.
The presentation took four hours and – based on the feedback from the client – provided valuable input for their further transformation.
After the presentation we were invited to have dinner with the client; another Chinese banquet with 25+ dishes and many toasts (not talking about bread here!) was waiting for us.
We made it back to the hotel in time for the group Halloween party … everyone had to dress up … some did quiet well (with Nick being the clear winner of the costume competition) – given the actual lack of sources for Halloween costumes in Wuhan ;-).
The party also included South American spirits – or the introduction of Caipirinha to China 😉 – – and North American Halloween games.
