Another day in Baracoa – once more an active day.
Today we left town heading South-East, walked along the black sand beach, crossed over Rio Miel (honey river) and into the hills and down to a cave with a fresh water swimming opportunity (including some crustacean friends); the hike also provided some great views over the jungle to the ocean – and the perception that most domesticated animals (including humans) love coconut.
After the hike I did a walk around town to get some final impressions of Baracoa.
