After breakfast, we left the hotel with a local guide, made our way into the National Park to get to two waterfalls.

We first went to, what they referred to as second waterfall following a path into the jungle. After a swim in pools at the this one, we headed back – on the way back using the aqueduct (see photo below) as water slide. Tricky part here was to get out of the water before the tunnel. Some of us did not manage (especially after one of us came down the slide with too much force) and got sucked into the tunnel. The ‘surviving’ rest of us went for another ride through the aqueduct – to then also start our tunnel adventure – walking through the tunnel. On the other side we met those who got sucked into it earlier on. From the tunnel exit we made to the first waterfall for another shower – before heading back to the hotel.

After lunch we were back on the van heading for the coast and a boat to for Gili Air.
