The project, that had started in Tokyo last October was now coming to an end, we were about to deploy the changes, that had in been performed in support of the project.

I made my way to Minsk once more for that occasion, to help in the coordination between the various teams and to manage the post-deployment validation right from the center of action. Given that failure was not an option, it ended up being a quiet busy week.

I nevertheless found some time, to explore Minsk in summer – a very different place from what it had been during winter. Below some photos for you, to compare and to get a different view on Minsk. As much as I liked Minsk in winter – it is even better in summer 😉
