From Petermann Island we entered the Lemaire Channel again – now heading North for Paradise Harbour. We got there in the late morning. Here the group was split – one half heading for a zodiac cruise around the glacier lobes, the other was transferred to the continent to get ashore at the Argentinian Almirante Brown base for a walk up a hill to get an overview of the bay.

I was on the first group to get ahore at the base and one of the first to make it on top of the hill.
